The NHL Alumni Life After Hockey "Career Transition Program" is a program that proactively assists and prepares active and retired professional hockey players worldwide, for other challenging life directions. Areas include assessing career transition, development and education aspirations to fulfilling individual retirement and family/lifestyle expectations.
